No debt! Not a Reverse Mortgage
Homesafe Wealth Release is not a loan product and is not a reverse mortgage. Homesafe does not lend to homeowners, instead Homesafe offers to purchase a share of the future sale price of your home, in return for a cash amount today. Homesafe can only receive its share when the home is sold.

"Part - Sale" property transaction
The Homesafe transaction is executed via an uncompleted Contract of Sale of Real Estate, which protects the homeowner's right to remain the legal owner of their home. The Homesafe transaction does not involve capitalising interest and the future outcome of the Contract depends on when the home sells and for what price.
